Beauty is a privilege and it is also a shared responsibility.
From this idea Art4Life Movement is born:
transforming beauty into real possibilities for everyone.

Maya School
Maya School, Orchha, India, 2011. In Orchha, in northern India, the poorest children of the area had no access to education, meals or any prospect. Art4Life organised an auction of artworks in Italy, raised 40,000 euros and built the school, following the project and the construction works in person, with continuous travel. The project originated from the idea of Eeva Maya Schult, who after the inauguration in 2011 took over its management together with the local community.

Trek4Mandela International
Trek4Mandela International, Cortina d’Ampezzo, 2024. Art4Life launched Trek4Mandela International in collaboration with the South African Imbumba Foundation, bringing to Italy one of the most recognised solidarity expeditions in the world. On 6 July 2024, thirty mountaineers and participants climbed the Tofana di Rozes in Cortina d’Ampezzo to raise funds in support of the education of girls and young women in Africa and Europe. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.

Imbumba Route
The Imbumba route, Mont Blanc Massif, 2025. On 5 October 2025 Massimo Coda, an amputee mountaineer, and Niccolò Bruni, UIAGM mountain guide from Courmayeur, opened the Imbumba route on the Mont Blanc massif: a first absolute ascent, in full autonomy, under the official patronage of the Italian Paralympic Committee. The route is dedicated to the Imbumba Foundation of South Africa and becomes a permanent course: every future ascent supports Caring4Girls, the programme for the education of African girls. The flag of Trek4Mandela International has already reached the Tofana di Rozes, Kilimanjaro and Shisha Pangma. Now it marks a vertical line on the Alps.

Call for W Human
Projects 2026. Some stories begin before they can be told. In May, together with LatoUmano and in collaboration with the Fondazione Giulia Cecchettin, we will launch an awareness project on violence against women. A subject we have already addressed with the exhibition we curated, My stones are kites by Iranian artist Bahar Heidarzade. In the meantime, the exhibition video and the EdiXion book are already a first contribution.
